Vanheede is constructing a new site where the operational flows are centred around a central state-of-the-art automated warehouse. All logistic and production flows are completely controlled by the Momentum, Brighteye's MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) System, which is connected with the ERP.
This Industry 4.0 facility and MOM project stand out for their real-time production planning with a reverse Bill of Material (BOM) to process waste.
