Brighteye, a leading provider of manufacturing operations management (MOM) software solutions, appointed Niels Colson as their new CEO together with business owner Lieven Decorte. The two will act together as co-CEOs where Lieven Decorte will focus on the Momentum software and its further development, and Niels Colson will focus on sales, marketing, and people management.
Niels Colson joined the company in June 2023 as president of the board of advisors, bringing more than 15 years of expertise in transformation projects, innovation, and digitalization. Before Brighteye, Niels left his mark at DD Engineering as managing director and as managing consultant at companies such as BearPoint. His experience makes him the perfect addition to the management team.
With this new management direction, Brighteye is determined to accelerate the company’s growth and optimize the organizational structure to deliver the most value to its customers. The two co-CEOs plan on working closely together to make this happen.
